1. Rosa Ristorante
Rosa Ristorante is an Italian restaurant by Chef Rob Moore, who previously worked in an exceptional steakhouse located at the Bellagio. He will open Rosa Ristorante in April at 3145 St Rose Parkway. The restaurant will have a vast reach for diners in the region, located strategically between Las Vegas and Henderson. Expect the best traditional Italian specialties such as pizza and pasta. The venue will also host a steakhouse.
2. The Bedford
It has been a long-time coming with curious individuals awaiting the restaurant by Martha Stewart, and this is it. We do not have many details yet, but the Bedford restaurant will be in Paris, Las Vegas, an ideal choice for an upscale restaurant. Word has it that she will use top food vendors such as the Vermont Creamery as she does for her home. Working with big players in the industry means we should expect nothing but the best from this new restaurant, hopefully launching in Spring. It has been a long wait since the initial announcement in the fall of last year.

3. Wakuda
Wakuda will be the latest Japanese restaurant in Las Vegas by none other than Chef Tetsuya Wakuda himself. He has partnered with 50Eggs hospitality to bring an exciting restaurant at the Palazzo, expected to open doors this Spring. His reputation as an excellent chef precedes him, with good reviews of his work in Australia, Singapore, and other International locations. Hopefully, the menu will bring unique Japanese choices, an omakase experience, and more.
