Naturally, this gives visitors and tourists a ton of options when it comes to scenic spots to take pictures. So, to help you out, here are some of the best places in Las Vegas to take a photo and immortalize your memories!

1. The Eiffel Tower Deck, Paris Hotel

Las Vegas has its own Eiffel Tower, courtesy of the Paris Hotel, which can be found on the Strip, and much like its counterpart in Paris, France, it features a viewing deck at the very top that gives you a unique view of the entirety of the Las Vegas Strip! From here, you can take selfies, group pictures, and scenic, panoramic shots of the entire Vegas Strip, and can instantly spot notable buildings like the numerous hotels and casinos, as well as more intricate details like the Bellagio fountains. Keep in mind that the Paris hotel viewing deck typically charges around $20 for entry, but we still recommend paying this spot a visit, as it totally warrants the price tag!

2. The Strat

Conveniently located at the very end of the Northern section of the Strip, the observation deck of the Strat, which is an elevated section of the casino that overlooks the strip, is an excellent spot for taking pictures of the Vegas Strip! It features a panoramic view of the entirety of the Strip, and is arguably the most conveniently located spot on this list! The casino does charge a nominal entry fee of $25, but most tourists and visitors will find that price tag warranted given the absolutely stunning views you’ll be able to take in and capture from this spot! There’s very little to block your views, giving you a full, unobstructed view of the Strip in all its glory! For added effect, we recommend visiting at night.

3. High Roller Wheel

If you’ve seen a picture or a scenic shot of the Las Vegas Strip, odds are you’ve seen a giant Ferris wheel overlooking the Strip! This just happens to be the next spot on our list - The High Roller wheel is a giant Ferris wheel built solely for observational purposes, as well as giving visitors a dynamic view of the Las Vegas Strip. For taking pictures, this is a great spot, as you’ll constantly be able to take pictures from different angles! It also focuses on the central attractions of the strip, and offers an unobstructed view of the most important and striking structures on the strip - The Bellagio, Caesar’s Palace and many more hotels like the MGM Grand can all be photographed while taking a ride on a Ferris wheel! What’s more Vegas than that?

4. Astoria Skybar

Like most other spots on this list, the Skybar is found in an elevated section of the Astoria hotel, which makes it perfect for capturing scenic shots of the entire Las Vegas Strip! Unlike the spots we mentioned earlier, they don’t charge you for admission, since it’s a bar. That being said, it is common courtesy to purchase a drink or at least a small plate and then, you can take in the scenes unhindered! It’s also a particularly great place for shooting time-lapses, as the bar can go from empty to full as the sun sets, so keep that in mind if you want a glorious time-lapse shot of the Vegas Strip.

5. The Excalibur

The Excalibur is a hotel built around the idea of King Arthur’s castle and so, features a wildly unique aesthetic that takes visitors back to the days of stone castles and giant forts. For budding photographers, the castle’s tops are accessible and give you a great, unobstructed and close-up view of many structures on the strip. Moreover, it also gives you access to some unique possibilities, as the Excalibur is located in-between many of the hotels on the strip.

The New York-New York hotel, which is modeled around the city of New York, features a number of distinct and unique buildings that can be found in the actual New York City. This includes things like the Statue of Liberty and the Brooklyn Bridge, and acts as an excellent anchor point to capture unique things from not just one great American city, but two!
