Best Restaurants Inside the Venetian Las Vegas

The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas is one of the most luxurious hotels in the world. As soon as one sets foot inside, it becomes obvious that what the Venetian offers, few other hotels on the planet can even dream of matching.

Visiting the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas is an experience in and of itself, even for non-guests. Inside, visitors are greeted with a spot-on recreation of the Grand Canal, the Rialto Bridge, the Campanile, and St. Mark’s Square. Just to give you some perspective on the scope of this recreation, you can take a gondola ride and enjoy a full serenade from the gondolier!

Another thing that impresses visitors and guests at the Venetian is the surprisingly varied number of restaurants found within. However, with more than 60 establishments selling quality food and drink, it can be difficult choosing where to wine and dine.

So let us help you. Here are the best restaurants inside the Venetian in Las Vegas.

Mott 32

Mott 32 is one of the finest restaurants, not only in the Venetian but in the whole of Las Vegas. The menu offers an uncompromising commitment to organic and sustainable dining by using ethically sourced ingredients and applying the latest in modern cooking techniques to transform traditional Cantonese and Szechuan dishes into signature creations.

Make sure you try the Peking Duck. The meat is perfectly moist and smoky, and the skin is superbly crispy.

The Hong Kong-style Dim Sum is another must-try. My favorite is the soft-boiled quail egg inside a Kurobuta Pork dumpling with black truffle. A perfect bite and simply divine.

Majordōmo Meat & Fish

The crew at Majordōmo Meat & Fish aims to reinvent the traditional surf and turf experience by building on a wide array of techniques and fresh ingredients to produce dishes that transcend expectations and make the old new again.

The menu offers a wide range of smoked meats cooked to perfection, a raw bar and fresh seafood dishes, and a slew of strong drinks that complement.

My absolute favorites include the King Crab served in a delicious citrus Aioli, the Bing (a fluffy flatbread) coated with butter, honey, Maldon salt, and freshly cracked pepper. Although, the version of Bing with shaved foie gras, raspberry jam, and ricotta is a close second.

On the meat side of things, I always make sure to get the wagyu filet or the smoked prime rib.

Bouchon

Bouchon gets me more excited for dinner than any other restaurant in Las Vegas.

Bouchon is a world-renowned establishment that has been celebrated by some of the industry’s biggest names. Chef Thomas Keller, once named America’s Best Chef by Time Magazine, has created a truly outstanding menu at Bouchon at the Venetian that offers a modern take on classic French cuisine.

Of all the restaurants that populate the Venetian, Bouchon should be at the top of your must-visit list.

While their menu changes to accommodate seasonal ingredients, tried and true classics are available year-round. You can’t go wrong trying the delicious roast chicken, the timeless steak frites, or the sumptuous croque madame.
