This Thanksgiving, the dinner menu features:
- Green Gordal olives stuffed with piquillo pepper and anchovy
- Turkey-béchamel fritters
- Endive Caesar salad with Parmesan, anchovy, and air croutons
- Green bean casserole with wild mushrooms and crispy shallots
- Spiced cranberries
- Butifarra cornbread stuffing with piquillo confit
- Niman Ranch heritage turkey (featuring a sous-vide breast, confit leg, and traditional gravy) or Josper-roasted monkfish with mojo verde
- Pecan tart or pumpkin cake or an apple pie cream puff
The meal costs $110 per person and is available from 4 - 9 pm on Thanksgiving Day.

2. Majordomo Meat and Fish
Head to the Venetian if you'd prefer dinner with an Asian twist.
David Chang's Majordomo Meat and Fish features:

Siddle over to Delilah at the Wynn for a sumptuous meal in glamorous surroundings.
Here, your meal includes a show as Delilah hosts a live jazz band every night. You'll feel as though you're back in Vegas' heyday waiting for Frank Sinatra to step on stage.
