Here Are Some Celebrity Restaurants Headed to Las Vegas

Several celebrities are bringing their restaurants to Sin City, and we're trembling with excitement

1. Todd English

Come 2022, renowned chef Todd English will open a new hotel and restaurant in the Downtown Las Vegas Arts District. It's a partnership with Z Life Co. estimated to be worth $30 million. The new establishment will feature sushi, oysters, and other seafood favorites. There will be patio seating available, one of the most sought-after restaurant attributes in the city. The glass-enclosed chef's table is another aspect to look out for if you enjoy watching the food-making process. Todd also has other establishments in the city, such as The Beast Food Hall and Olives at Virgin Hotels.

2. Tetsuya Wakuda

Wakuda opens early 2022 under chef Tetsuya and restaurateur John Kunkel at the Palazzo. The restaurant is a sophisticated, high-end eatery that specializes in Japanese cuisine. The establishment hopes to bring an exceptional omakase experience with some of the best Japanese classics such as yakitori and meals made over bincho-tan. Chef Wakuda has multiple accolades to his name, with restaurants in Singapore and Australia.

3. Martha Stewart

Martha is a famous TV personality, an entrepreneur known for her culinary passion. In 2022, she will launch a new restaurant on the Strip. There is not much information about what she hopes to bring with the new eatery. However, word has it that the allocated budget includes $100,000 to demolish a part or parts of an existing property to pave the way for the new restaurant. It will be her first restaurant, and we can’t wait to see what she has up her sleeve. 

4. Kevin Jonas Sr.

The name might not ring a bell at first, but Kevin Jonas Sr. is the father to the famous Jonas brothers known for their musical talent. He opens Nellie's Southern kitchen in early 2022, paying homage to his grandmother. Visitors will enjoy some of Nellie's signature recipes in dishes such as a Southern meatloaf, pulled pork sandwiches, dumplings, chicken and waffles, and her famous warm biscuits. The restaurant talks over what used to be Hecho en Vegas at MGM Grand. It's a convenient location.

5. Dominique Ansel

There is something in store for pastry lovers as chef Dominique opens a new bakery at Caesars Palace. It will be a valuable addition to the pastry experience on the Strip with items such as Cronuts, caramelized croissants, chocolate chip cookies, and more. The bakery is set to open in the summer of 2022. If you are a sweet tooth, this is one bakery to look out for in the coming year.
