1. Head to the rodeo
Say hello to the National Finals Rodeo. The 10-day extravaganza celebrates everything cowboy and country. The actual rodeo gets underway at 5:45 pm each night but there are fun events all over town, from concerts to Cowboy Christmas at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
NFR tickets start at $76.

2. Support local artists
It's that time again- First Friday!
First Friday is a monthly cultural celebration and art walk in the Downtown Arts District. This month's theme is "It's a Wrap" with Doctor Ziso as the featured artist. There will be plenty of local artists and vendors as well as at least 15 food trucks. Donations to Toys for Tots are encouraged.

3. Drink at Tivoli Village
This Saturday, head to Tivoli Village for the 6th Annual LV Margarita, Mojito, Craft Beer & Food Truck Festival. You'll enjoy unlimited booze tastings and the groovy sounds of f Boogie Nights and the Spazmatics. 20 food trucks will be there if you get the munchies. Tickets are $45.

4. Run with Santa
Running with Santa sounds fun...how about running with thousands of Santas?
The Las Vegas Great Santa Run is an annual charity for event Opportunity Village. Everyone dresses up as Santa and has a good time for a 5K or one-mile run. The races start at 8 am. Registration includes your Santa suit and swag bag.
If you don't want to run yourself, just hang out and watch the fun. There'll be an afterparty near the finish line until 1 pm.

5. Party at the Mob Museum
On Repeal Day, you party to celebrate the end of Prohibition. This year you can do it at the Underground at the Mob Museum. Tickets cost $115 and include an open bar, appetizers, and live music.
