Santa’s Saloon Rides into Palms Casino Resort for a Wild, Naughty Christmas Takeover

The holidays are getting a Vegas-style makeover this year, and it’s coming with a shot (or three) of whiskey. Palms Casino Resort is turning the season upside down with the debut of Santa’s Saloon, a bawdy, boozy Wild West pop-up bar that mixes Christmas chaos with cowboy charm.

Open select nights December 3 through December 28, this adults-only experience promises more laughs than mistletoe — and plenty of Instagram-worthy moments.

🎅 A Wild West Winter Wonderland

Forget cozy fireplaces and hot cocoa. Santa’s Saloon is a two-part immersive world, part rustic cowboy bar lit with whiskey bottles and bullhorns, and part icy “Frozen Rockies” lodge glowing with LED snow drifts and frosted stagecoach scenes.

Guests can wander through swinging saloon doors, snap photos in the “Naughty Jail”, or pose beside a giant reindeer skull under shimmering lights. It’s the kind of place where Christmas meets chaos — and where no one takes the holidays too seriously.

🎭 Live Entertainment with a Naughty Twist

This isn’t your average holiday revue. Santa’s Saloon is powered by a rotating cast of rowdy Christmas characters, from a whiskey-soaked Santa to a shot-slinging Mrs. Claus. Expect burlesque numbers, cowboy singalongs, and even a tap-dancing elf sheriff tossing guests into mock “jail.”

“Santa’s Saloon is unlike anything Las Vegas has seen,” said Laura De La Cruz, Assistant GM at Palms. “It’s irreverent, immersive, and outrageously fun — the perfect mix of naughty and nice.”

🍸 Cocktails with a Kick

Every drink on the menu is crafted for both flavor and photo ops. Highlights include:

• The Good, The Bad & The Naughty – Mount Gay rum, muddled blackberries, and a “note from Santa.”

• Ain’t That a Kick in the Nutcracker – A vodka-ginger beer punch served in a cowboy tin cup.

• Santa’s Sh!tkicker – Casamigos Reposado with citrus, mint, and a brûléed grapefruit topper.

And yes, beer lovers get in on the fun too — with Coors and Lone Star served in glass boots and bullhorns.

🍗 Food Worth Wrangling

The food menu is built for sharing (and Instagram). Look for Empanadas Three Ways, Birria Tacos, Waffle Fry Nachos, and the outrageous “Elves Gone Wild” 36-wing platter complete with a hot sauce fountain.

Even the desserts bring drama — think Jack Daniel’s bread pudding and edible chocolate ornaments. For non-drinkers, creative “Moo-cktails” like Buddy’s Favorite Giddy Up! offer all the fun without the buzz.
