While the Las Vegas Raiders' season came to an unfortunate end Saturday against the Cincinnati Bengals, the team deserves all the credit in the world for what they were able to accomplish. In fact, between  Rich Bissacia bringing the team to a 7-5 record as head coach and helping them to their first playoff berth in six years, it's safe to say that this team really went the distance. The Raiders deserve all the credit in the world for what they accomplished in 2021. They defied the odds and did what everyone thought was impossible

Keep in mind that this is a team that started the season off 3-0, before spiraling out of control thanks to the Jon Gruden scandal and a defense that never really gelled. Bisaccia took over the reins as interim head coach in week seven and even lead them to a victory in his first game. From there, he steered the team through controversy after controversy all the way to the playoffs.
