5. Eiffel Tower Restaurant

There are very few views that compare to the one you get from the Eiffel Tower restaurant 100 feet off the ground. If you would like unobstructed views of the  Vegas Strip, this is the best restaurant. You can also view the Bellagio fountains from here, especially if you get the corner seating for two, which has the best view. By itself, the Eiffel Tower is also quite a marvel to the eye and coupled up with great food and drink, it's a charming spot for a special dinner.
