Steeped In History

When Sand Dollar Lounge opened in 1976, it quickly became a draw for iconic musicians. B.B. King, Muddy Waters, and even Mick Jagger have walked through its humble yet enchanting doors. As is typical in ever-changing Vegas, the bar fell out of favor for a while and closed in 2007. Just two short years later, a pair of gentlemen named Anthony Jamison and Nathan Grates restored the lounge to its original glory. Now Sand Dollar is consistently chosen as "Best Of" in a variety of categories. One visit and you'll see why. A second location is slated to open at downtown's Plaza Hotel very soon.
