Chef Kris Yenbamroong opened the Night + Market restaurant at Virgin Hotels in September. He brings Thai cuisine and an impressive selection of natural wines to Las Vegas, with a menu featuring spicy salads, fried chicken sandwiches, curry soups, rice, stir-fries, and specials like ribeye wagyu.
