3. Aureole
Aureole is an American-cuisine restaurant with perfectly matched wine from the James Beard Award-Winning Chef Charlie Palmer and Executive Chef Alexandre Grégoire. The restaurant, alongside its four-story climate-controlled wine tower, reopens from July 10-14, July 22-26, and August 2-5. Aureole serves Alaskan wild-caught halibut with baby leeks, diver sea scallops with English peas, bone-in rib-eye with peppercorn sauce, pearl onion, bacon, among other seafood platter options.
