#4 Las Vegas Raider Damon Arnette accused of hit-and-run

Las Vegas Raiders Cornerback Damon Arnette was named in a lawsuit this week. The suit alleges that he got into an accident on the way to team headquarters and left the scene without a word.  The driver he hit was seriously injured in the incident and had to be taken to the hospital. Arnette was later questioned at Raiders' headquarters and admitted to being the operator of the vehicle.

According to the suit: "Later defendant Damon Arnette was located and confronted at Raiders Headquarters when he admitted he was the operator of the vehicle that was traveling at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the vehicle operated by plaintiff Yaneth Coromoto Casique." 

The woman also named the Raiders organization as defendants in the case, claiming Arnette was "acting within the course and the scope of the team."  

This is the team's third controversy of the year, and the seasons are only half over. Imagine what that means for the coming weeks.
