If you're still in town on Tuesday and you like vegan food,  head over to the Vegas Test Kitchen. Chef Donald Lemperle of VegeNation is hosting a special dinner. 

Here's the menu:

• Farro Chopped Salad 
• Lasagna                                  
• Cioccolato 

Tickets are $52 per person.
