7 People Banned From Las Vegas

There are many ways to get banned from Las Vegas, some bans are more serious than others. For the worst offenders, there is a blacklist which is written by the Nevada Gaming Control Board (GCB). That list currently has 31 people in it. In this list, we will present to you some of the famous bans.

Sandra Kay Vaccaro

Sandra and her husband John Vaccaro rigged slot machines to pay out jackpots. Together with some other criminals, they stole millions of dollars from Las Vegas casinos. Another fun fact is that she is the only woman on the GCB`s blacklist. 

Francis Citro

Francis is one of the most notorious felons on this list. He was sentenced for: illegal bookmaking, loansharking, racketeering, and other major federal offenses.

Ronald Dale Harris

In the ironic twist of fate, he was a longtime employee of the State Gaming Control Board. He was banned from Las Vegas for rigging slot machines and on one other occasion, he was arrested in New Jersey for using a computer program to predict results for a Keno game.

Roderick William Dee II

It is told that Roderick had an obsessive need to beat slot machines, which led him to some illegal actions. He was banned from Las Vegas and was arrested for slot machine cheating.

Douglas Joseph Barr

Barr managed to be arrested 30 times for gambling-related incidents before he was officially put on the blacklist by GCB

Joseph Whit Moody

Joseph is the only person on this list who was banned for illegal activities not related to gambling. He mugged people using ATM machines, most of them were women. 

Dominic Anthony Spinale

Dominic has been convicted for illegal bookmaking two times. He also had ties with organized crime in New England. He is banned for good from Las Vegas casinos.
