Architectural replicas in Las Vegas

The Las Vegas cityscape is filled with replicas of famous buildings and statues from around the world. At one point in Vegas history, it was popular for every hotel to have a replica as their attraction. In this list, we will explore some of the best ones.

Eiffel Tower

Vegas' Eiffel Tower is parked in front of, you guessed it, the Paris casino. After the sun goes down you can catch a free light show as synchronized colored lights dance across the building's exterior. Or, head inside to experience the amazing view and mouthwatering food offered at the Eiffel Tower restaurant.

Statue of Liberty

Unlike the original, the Statue of Liberty in front of the New York-New York is occasionally draped in local sports gear. Go Knights Go! During the basketball season, you might see the statue don Las Vegas Aces-themed wear.

Statue of David

You don't have to go to Italy to see Michelangelo's famous statue. The anatomically correct replica is located at Ceasars Palace. You don't have to spend a dime to feast your eyes on this beauty.

The Grand Canal

Thanks to this extraordinary replica, you can have a genuine Venice-feel right here in Vegas. Let yourself be serenaded by a gondolier as you're guided along the river snaking through the mall.  You'll have the perfect view of The Venetian's gorgeous scenery. Prefer to people watch? Just look around. There's always a crowd at the Venetian.

Egyptian Pyramids

The Luxor is world-famous for its massive, pyramid-shaped building. Bright lights race up the sides of the structure while a powerful beam blasts from the tip of the roof. Compared to the real thing, this pyramid is still a fetus. Construction on The Luxor was completed in 1993.
