This popular restaurant offers a Chef Menu for $69, which includes portions of all the popular dishes. It serves a Mexican and Korean cuisine fusion, with Slippery shrimp, spicy pork, Kimchi fried rice, and Buttermilk fried chicken.  

Regarding drinks, Best Friend Las Vegas is the real deal. If you love a gochujang pot de creme with spicy pecans, this is the best place to be.

Chef Roy Choi is Korean-American who grew up in Southern California. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and later started his own ventures, including a hospitality company. Choi began looking towards the restaurant business after finding notable success with his LA-based taco truck Kogi.
