8. Zuma




Zuma is a classy space located in the Cosmopolitan. The spot won the 2017 Eater Vegas Design of the Year award. It offers upscale Japanese tapas, which include Hamachi sashimi with ponzu, wagyu truffle gyoza, and fried softshell crab served with wasabi mayo. Guests enjoy their creative cocktails, such as the Hachiko, made with cold-pressed grapefruit, hibiscus, yuzu, and vodka.
