1. The Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens

The 14,000-square-foot Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens has lined up a Lunar New Year exhibition comprising at least 5,700 botanical plants for a memorable fusion of sights, sounds, and scents. Its latest installation is called Infinite Prosperity: The Year of the Dragon, symbolizing a favorable year.

Besides, a vibrant restaurant inside the conservatory serves 5-course dinner for as little as $138. Indulge in exotic Asian cuisines like the Chilean sea bass, dim sum, and vegetable dumplings as you marvel at the exhibitions designed to bring luck and prosperity. 

2. Hakkasan Restaurant Las Vegas

The Hakkasan Las Vegas Restaurant is a popular Chinese restaurant inside MGM Grand. Book a table during this festival to sample some salmon, crudo, dim sum, and tiger prawn dumplings. Every dish is featured in the special Lunar New Year menu.

The limited edition, multi-course meal is $158 per person from January 30 to February 24. Add a drink package for an extra $48 per person during the Hakkasan cocktail hour. 

3. Send Noodles

Send Noodles restaurant inside the Palms Casino Resort celebrates the Chinese Lunar New Year festivities with specialty-themed menus. Guests can enjoy an array of specialty Asian dishes from February 9 to February 18.

The beef cheek bao goes for $9, wor won ton soup for $15, braised oxtail for $18, while quarter roasted duck costs $18. 

4. China Poblano

China Poblano inside the Cosmopolitan has a Lunar New Year menu from February 5 to February 18. It comprises traditional Chinese dishes like deep-fried sesame balls with red beans and fruits. Their dragon pearl dish consists of fried lobster, salted duck egg, lime-cured trout roe, forbidden rice, and green onion.

Better still, ask for the lotus and fire dish retailing under $16. Wash down the food with the Tale of the Dragon cocktail. The cocktail comprises Ketel One vodka, yuzu, Ganbei baijiu, sesame, pomegranate, and pineapple. 

5. Genting Palace
