Frank Sinatra’s restaurant at Encore has a signature dessert, the Sinatra Hat, which looks just like the star’s famous fedora. The dessert features chocolate mousse and a milk chocolate panna cotta on the side.

The executive chef, Theo Schoenegger, also cooked for the Sinatra at San Domenico in New York and the restaurant still features some of the singer’s favorite dishes on the menu.
