It's no secret that there's a youth movement in NASCAR, and while Joe Gibbs Racing has remained somewhat defiant to that change, it will affect them eventually. Unfortunately for Kyle Busch, who is declining performance-wise, he's becoming less marketable for the sport. Now, that's not to say he doesn't have a few years left behind the wheel of the #18 Toyota Camry, but it seems more and more unlikely that he would continue past 40. He is 36 at the time of this writing.
