The only good thing that sprung out of the Las Vegas Raiders' loss to The Washington Football team is Joshua Jacobs' never-say-die spirit. While Jacobs is only one man on a team of several, he caught six passes for 38 yards and an average of 4.2 yards a catch. He also racked up 52 yards on 13 attempts for a touchdown that at least kept the Raiders competitive.
The Raiders blew the game, but Jacobs is starting to come into his own. In fact, Sunday marked one of the few times this season that Jacobs was a leading receiver. Whether he can keep that momentum going remains to be seen, but he is starting to become a multi-purpose back.
