Hiromi Nakano is the chef behind fantastic sushi at Sen of Japan, and he was formerly a resident chef at The Nobu of the Hard Rock Hotel. The restaurant offers an exceptional deal with an omakase menu that offers 6-7 courses of the top picks for the day. It costs $60 or $90 depending on which option you go for. The restaurant is available for dine-in, and takeout is only available from the online menu.
