Rosa Ristorante is a new Italian American restaurant located in Henderson. It takes up the space formerly occupied by Blume Kitchen and it will run under chef Rob Moore. A beautiful rose mural decorates the wall, creating an ambient space to dine and take photos. The food is a mixture of Italian and American fare, including a hint of New Jersey, where the chef grew up. The menu comprises surf and turf appetizers, pizza, chicken parmesan, steak, lobster fra Diavolo, beef tenderloin carpaccio, etc.
