It’s no secret that the NFL draft can be a bit of a crapshoot, and nowhere was that more evident than in the 2019 draft. This is where the Las Vegas Raiders selected three first-round picks... and went on to waive a fifth-year option on all of them in 2022.

That's right! Joshua Jacobs, Jonathan Adams, and Clelin Ferrell have all had their fifth-year options declined despite being picked in the first round of the 2019 draft.

Keep in mind that the draft is supposed to be a place where you find the future of your organization. Guys that can build a team and get things moving on all sides of the ball. Unfortunately for Las Vegas, the 2019 draft can basically be chalked up to a giant waste of time if they're already thinking about getting rid of their top picks.

"We look forward to working with all three players and we will evaluate each situation individually moving forward," Ziegler said in a statement.

The Vegas Authority creates and curates Las Vegas' Top Lists... you want to know where things rank... this is the place.
