Josh McDaniels has a lot of decisions to make as Head Coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, and one of the most important ones will be what to do with star Quarterback Derek Carr. Last year, Carr was a leader in passing yards and finally helped the team to a playoff berth. However, he also has a 53-70 record as a starting QB and sometimes chokes during key moments. This makes Carr a mixed bag to some and raises questions of whether keeping him is worth it or not.

 McDaniels insists that he looks forward to working with Derek Carr to build the team. 

“It’ll be a really fun experience for me to continue to build this thing with him as our leader,” McDaniels said. “He’s certainly capable of doing a lot of great things, he’s done them before in his career. I’m just looking forward to getting to know him..”
