#3 Kyle Busch to compete in Rallycross event

Kyle Busch might not be eligible to compete for a championship in the NASCAR Cup Series this season, but that doesn't mean he won't be having fun during the final four weekends in Phoenix, Arizona. Interestingly enough, the two-time Cup Series champion announced last week that he would be competing in the Nitro Rallycross Series at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park on November  13 and 14. This will be the Las Vegas native's first time competing in a Rallycross event and will be a chance for I'm to try his hand at a new discipline of racing.

"Anybody that knows me knows that I'm a true racer, and I've always prided myself on the ability to get behind the wheel of any type of vehicle at any track and be competitive," Busch said when asked about his plans to run the Nitro Rallycross series event in Phoenix Arizona. "So I'm pumped for the opportunity to go wheel-to-wheel with some of the best rallycross drivers from around the world in Nitro Rallycross at Wild Horse Pass."
