Las Vegas Raiders kicker Daniel Carlson signed a four-year contract extension with the organization and will become the third highest-paid kicker in the entire league. According to the NFL Network, he's set to make $18.4 million, with $10 million as a guarantee. He also got a $4 million signing bonus. That's a lot of money to invest in a kicker, but if anyone deserves it, it would have to be Carlson.
Looking at his stats this season, he made 27 of his 30 field-goal attempts and his longest kick was 56 yards out in a game against the Dallas Cowboys. Carlson also nailed his first ten field goals of the season before going 0 of 1 in a game against the Las Angeles Chargers.
