1. Jack Binion's Steak

This is a new steakhouse at Bally's bringing delicious steak cuts to the table. You can visit anytime between 5 and 10:30 pm to sample their menu. One of their best sellers and signature menu items is the prime rib, but there are other delicious dishes and desserts to choose from. Jack Binion's Steak is named after the son of Benny Binion, who originally owned the Horseshoe Club.
