I get it; putting two people in one entry is cheating. But, it's also quite tricky to talk about one Busch without mentioning the other. These Las Vegas natives have been a crucial part of NASCAR over the last two decades and could end up being first-ballot Hall of Famers. They are just that good.
Starting with Kyle Busch, his 222 wins across NASCAR's top three series is nothing to sneeze at. He is also a two-time Cup Series champion and has won 59 races at the sport's highest level. Furthermore, he competed in five final four championship weekends, making him one of the only drivers under the new points system to do so. His personality on and off the track is only icing on the cake to what should be Kyle Busch's eventual induction.
As for Kurt Busch, his case is easier to make at some points and harder to make at others. For example, he has won the Daytona 500, unlike his brother but only has won the championship that came back in 2004 under NASCAR's first playoff system. He only has 39 wins to his name but has managed to win some pretty big races as well. Altogether, both Busch brothers deserve a spot in the Hall of fame. It's just a matter of when it actually happens.
