3. Panic! at the Disco
The proclaimed voice of the emos – especially during the early 2000s era – this band is known for head-banging hits like “I Write Sins Not Tragedies,” “The Ballad of Mona Lisa,” and “This Is Gospel.” The group got its start in 2004 in the suburbs of Sin City although its founding members, Ryan Ross and Spencer Smith, are no longer in the band. Still, lead singer and original member Brendon Urie has managed to prove that Panic! at the Disco is here to stay.
