There's a meetup group for just about anything you can think of, from a group for rock music lovers to photography clubs, mountain biking clubs, wine tastings, or political discussions. Tons of groups welcome tourists. I've been to several "Girls Night Out" meetup events and honestly have made some friends that I see myself hanging out with every time I come to Sin City.
